吉林乾仁新材料有限公司自主研發(fā)生產(chǎn)系列功能性硅油,主要包括含氫硅油、環(huán)氧硅油、羥基硅油、氨基硅油、羥基氨基改性硅油和異氰酸酯改性硅油等,具有結(jié)構(gòu)明確、分子量可控,用于碳纖維、芳綸纖維和合成化纖用油劑生產(chǎn),適合于潤(rùn)滑劑、消泡劑和表面活性劑的制備,具體合成路線如下:
一、含氫硅油
吉林乾仁新材料有限公司采用酸催化或堿催化制備不同分子量含氫硅油
二、環(huán)氧硅油
2.1 )吉林乾仁新材料有限公司采用含氫硅油同烯丙基縮水甘油醚Si-H加成反應(yīng)制備低中分子量雙端環(huán)氧基硅油
2.2)吉林乾仁新材料有限公司采用D4 同環(huán)氧雙封頭在四甲基氫氧化銨催化下制備中高分子量雙端環(huán)氧基硅油
三、羥基硅油
吉林乾仁新材料有限公司采用雙端含氫硅油和乙二醇單烯丙基醚為原料,在氯鉑酸催化劑條件下發(fā)生硅氫加成反應(yīng)制備低中分子量雙端羥基硅油:
四、氨基硅油
吉林乾仁新材料有限公司采用四甲基氫氧化銨為催化劑制備側(cè)鏈型氨基和主鏈型雙端氨基硅油,具體合成路線如下:
五、羥基氨基改性硅油
吉林乾仁新材料有限公司采用環(huán)氧改性硅油同二乙醇胺反應(yīng)制備羥基氨基改性硅油
六、異氰酸酯改性聚醚硅油
吉林乾仁新材料有限公司通過二異氰酸酯與雙端羥基硅油反應(yīng),再與聚乙二醇單烯丙基醚(APEG)或聚乙二醇單甲醚(MPEG)進(jìn)行反應(yīng),制得異氰酸酯改性聚醚硅油
FUNCTIONAL SILICONE OIL USED IN THE PRODUCTION OF OIL AGENTS

Jilin Qianren Innovative Material Co., Ltd. independently develops and produces a series of functional silicone oils, mainly including hydrogen containing silicone oil, epoxy terminated silicone oil, hydroxyl terminated silicone oil, amino terminated silicone oil, hydroxyl amino modified silicone oil and isocyanate modified polyether silicone oil. With clear structure and controllable molecular weight, functional silicone oils are used in the production of oil agents or spinning finish for polyacrylonitrile carbon fiber precursor, aramid fiber and synthetic chemical fiber, and may be suitable for lubricants、antifoaming agents and surfactants, the specific synthetic route is shown as follows:
I、Hydrogen containing silicone oil
Jilin Qianren Innovative Material Co., Ltd. uses acidic or alkali catalysis to prepare hydrogen containing silicone oil with different molecular weight
II、Epoxy terminated silicone oil
Jilin Qianren Innovative Material Co., Ltd. uses two synthetic routes to prepare an epoxy terminated silicone oil shown as following:
1. Hydrosilylation reaction of hydrogen containing silicone oil with allyl glycidyl ether using chloroplatinic acid isopropanol solution as a catalyst
2. Reaction of octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane (D4) and 1,3-bis (3-glycidoxy propyl)-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane with tetramethylammonium hydroxide as a catalyst.
III、Hydroxyl terminated silicone oil
Hydrosilylation reaction of hydrogen containing silicone oil with 2-allyloxyethanol using chloroplatinic acid isopropanol solution as a catalyst
IV、Amino silicone oil
1. Amino terminated silicone oil was prepared by the reaction of octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane (D4) and 1,3-bis (3-aminopropyl)-tetramethyldisiloxane with tetramethylammonium hydroxide as a catalyst.
2. Amino side chain capped silicone oil was prepared by the reaction of octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane (D4), 3-(2-aminoethyl)-aminopropyl methyldimethoxysilane (silane coupler KH-602) and hexamethyldisiloxane with tetramethylammonium hydroxide as a catalyst
V、Hydroxyl amino modified silicone oil
Jilin Qianren Innovative Material Co., Ltd. produces hydroxyl amino modified silicone oil based on the reaction of epoxy terminated silicone oil with diethanolamine.
VI、Isocyanate modified polyether silicone oil
Jilin Qianren Innovative Material Co., Ltd. produces Isocyanate modified polyether silicone oil by using hydroxyl terminated silicone oil to react with diisocyanate (TDI or HDI) following reaction with polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether
